Paul Okech is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Pegar Grama Consulting, providing strategic leadership to the firm's long-term vision, corporate governance, partnership development, and enterprise growth agenda. With more than three decades of executive leadership experience across Africa, he is widely recognised for building high-performing commercial organisations, developing scalable business models, and leading market expansion for both multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures.

Throughout his career, Paul has held senior executive positions with globally recognised organisations including Celtel International (now Zain Africa), Eastman Kodak, and One Degree Solar. As Sales & Distribution Director for Celtel Kenya and later Sales & Distribution Director for the East Africa Regional Support Team, he was responsible for driving commercial strategy, national sales performance, distribution networks, corporate business, key accounts, and retail operations across multiple African markets.

At Pegar Grama Consulting, Paul provides strategic oversight across the firm's advisory practice and venture development portfolio, guiding clients and partners on commercial growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, organisational transformation, and long-term value creation.

Peter Muigai is the Founder Partner and Senior Business Consultant at Pegar Grama Consulting, where he leads the firm's strategy, fundraising, forensic business intelligence, venture development, and commercial transformation practice. With more than 19 years of executive leadership experience, he has worked at the intersection of business growth, technology, renewable energy, financial inclusion, and development finance.

Over the past 24 months, Peter has successfully supported organisations in securing more than USD 2 million in funding through institutional partnerships and strategic fundraising initiatives. He currently leads active fundraising mandates with a combined target value exceeding USD 60 million across healthcare, vision care, financial technology, education, and social impact sectors.

Peter also leads Pegar Grama's Forensic Business Intelligence™ practice, helping organisations uncover revenue leakage, strengthen financial governance, and make data-driven strategic decisions. Beyond advisory, he leads the development of innovation-driven businesses within the Pegar Grama Venture Studio, including Class IQ and workplace-based digital device financing programmes.

Augustine Isanda Matibe is a senior business and technology executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, digital financial services, mobile money, and commercial transformation across Africa. He advises organisations on digital strategy, fintech, customer delivery, operational excellence, and large-scale technology implementation.

Throughout his career, Augustine has held senior leadership positions with leading telecommunications and technology companies, including Celtel Kenya, Essar Telecom (Yu), MODE, and Sema Mobile Services. He played a key role in developing the business model and investment strategy that secured USD 5 million in funding for a mobile virtual network operator.

At Pegar Grama Consulting, Augustine advises clients on digital financial services, fintech strategy, telecommunications, commercial growth, technology partnerships, and customer experience transformation.

Wahome Nicholas Macharia is a development and management professional with over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and scaling high-impact programmes across health, education, and community development in Africa. He specialises in health systems strengthening, strategic partnerships, programme implementation, business development, and resource mobilisation.

Throughout his career, Wahome has led complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, cultivated strategic partnerships with governments, donors, healthcare providers, and private sector organisations, and supported institutions in translating strategy into measurable results.
